FREIGHT ORDERS

Small Freight Orders are packed in boxes. Larger Freight Orders are packed on pallets.
Pallets require a forklift or equivalent for unloading. If a forklift is not available notify
BrattleWorks at time of Order placement and alternative packing will be provided. You will be
faxed and/or emailed a Shipping Confirmation when a Freight Order ships from BrattleWorks.

SHIPPING & RECEIVING TERMS

Shipping charges are only for transit between BrattleWorks and the 'ship to' address on the Order Confirmation. Any other
arrangements between the consignee and carrier such as storage, redelivery or readdressing are the responsibility of the consignee.
We currently only ship within the continental United States. Arrangements may be made for shipping outside the continental United
States. Please contact us with any questions. Check your order upon delivery. All damages or shortages must be noted on the
carrier's delivery receipt. Call (978) 410-5078, fax (978) 730-8026 or email bw@brattleworks.com before installation and within 5
days of delivery with any problems.
