Solid Board Fence Panel
Solid Board Garden Fence base panels are constructed out of toung and groove V boards. These boards are 7/8" thick and are on 3" centers. All panels are finished off with a cap rail at the top and kickboard (base moldings) on both the front and back on the bottom. An additional 1" square strip of cedar is attached to the back of the panel at the ends and is predrilled. The panel is attached to the post by screwing throught these holes with the provided screws. 
Base panel #B400 is shown above.
